Ford’s Ka city car was a revelation when it was introduced back in 1996. It offered cheap thrills thanks to a sweet little chassis, and fresh styling compared to contemporary compact hatchbacks. London's new Terminal 5 at the world's busiest airport, Heathrow, will feature some novel facilities for forgetful travellers - including a car finder system to remind you where you parked.
